About Me

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Statistics at Sookmyung Women’s University. Prior to joining the university, I worked as a Senior Engineer at Samsung SDS.

I received my Ph.D. in Statistics from Seoul National University under the supervision of Professor Jaeyong Lee. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Applied Statistics (double major) from Yonsei University.

My research interests lie at the intersection of Bayesian statistics and deep learning, with a particular focus on modeling tabular and time-series data. I have expertise in nonparametric Bayesian methods, synthetic data generation, time-series anomaly detection, and missing data analysis. My current research focuses on developing deep learning approaches for missing data analysis, as well as methods for nonparametric regression and dimension reduction.
